5th Challenge - Wicked Witch Hunt - Complete

Today, FBINA Session 268, completed the 5th challenge called the Wicked Witch Hunt.  The challenge consisted of pushing a sandbag across the gym floor for 5 minutes in teams of three.  Next, we ran one mile, up a flight of stairs, and to the top of a parking garage.  At the top of the parking garage we did 20 lunges.  We went back down the flight of stairs and ran one mile back.  At each 1/4 mile increment, we did various exercises such as mountain climbers, etc. Anyway, the challenge was tough but fun.  We all made it through!
